I think it has to do with car volume, hours of operation, pay rate, benefits, online or offline, to make any assesment to what your looking for. everyone has their own expectations of asst/managers. What do you think is a few things and maybe some of us could fill in the blanks...good luck
I have a website directed towards this. Go to www.carwashmanager.com, go to procedures, and you will find helpful sections under "how to train a carwash manager, and also checkout the weekly focus section. All should provide helpful ideas. I will be revamping this website soon to become more comphrensive -Rob
Page One Section One: LABOR LABOR LABOR!!!!!! Section Two Page Two: LABOR LABOR LABOR!!!! Whats up Jordan. I haven't been on in a while and were waiting for more rain to fall. Did Rob's website have anything? K e i t h
Whats up Keith? Where you working at these days? I hear ya on the Labor part but you know theres more to running a wash than just Labor. I want my guys to have a handbook that I can pass out and it says whats in my head on paper. Rob site did have a bunch of great info. I just need to make more time and go through it and sort it out. What I was hoping for was a car wash that already had one laid out and I could just copy it and change a few things.
