fundraisers??

We have a full service wash and are doing some fundraisers now and want to see what everyone else does. Post up a pics of what your certificate looks like or tickets for the fundraiser for the kids to pass out, also how long do you let them sell the tickets for and how long are the expire dates for the tickets. we have two fundraisers

1. CLOTH CARWASH TUNNEL-the group sells our $10 wash tickets anywhere they want and how ever they want and they keep $5 for each one they sell/credit card verified for washes signed out(example they sign out 500 washes and sell 300, they return unsold washes and a give us a bank check for $1500)

2. IBA Automatic- group passses out 1000 coupons provided by us with our logo plus there logo with a designated code that states when the recipinat purchase our $12 ultimate touchfree wash when entering the code we will donate $4 to such group/ no credit card required/ smaller return/ but easier for the group not to be responsible for $1000's of carwashes in there pocession

both fundraiers go for a 30 day period-once a year per group

One thing that we have done similar to 2great above is we have insurance agents, dentist offices, and a couple of title companies that we give free washes to with their name on it. They give them out to their customers for referrals and we pick up some new customers. Will bill them $5 for the free $10 wash at the end of the month. Just a thought that might help.

We came up with a totally automated FUNdraising program that is run through our autocashiers. We write the groups a check at the end of the month. We started this in 2007 and it builds every year.
