Introducing carwashTV.com

Hey Guys, I just wanted to tell you about carwashTV.com. Basically it's a video magazine about, "the people and ideas shaping the future of car washing". It will be free of course.

We're going to be filming in LA and Vegas during the ICA show. If anyone has any ideas for story ideas, let me know. Feedback is always appreciated. Especially about the issues that you think are important and/or need more attention.

I believe the industry is in a state of transition and I want to expose operators across the country to the dialog about those changes. A lot of guys can't get to the trade shows or association events and I think video would be a compelling platform to give voice to the many ideas out there. I want to find people who are passionate about car washing and its future. So if anyone has opinions they want to share let me know. We're also going to have guest video blogs.

Also, I'm going to do a segment called Wash Advice, where an operator makes a self-made video describing an issue, question or problem. Then viewers can post comments with advice. If anyone is interested, let me know.

Very cool, I will be at the Lustra booth in Vegas. I know we have an exciting new line of chemicals coming out to be introduced there. Might be worth stoping by for.

Great idea, I need such platform utmost as it is not possible for me to travel from my country (India) to US to attend the ICA show..
I am about to start a car wash at my place which would be semi automatic. The reason for semi automatic is the availability of cheap labour and high electric cost. Moreover people here are not used to going car wash as the person possessing car either has driver/servant and he is satisfied with that unprofessional everyday car cleaning. But with the rise in income and luxury cars people do want to have once in a while car wash with wax and interior cleaning service. So I am starting with car wash, wax & interior cleaning service. I have selected some of the machines like water jet pressure machine, upholstery cleaning machine mostly of Karcher company. I dont have right idea about chemical to be used for foam spraying, liquid waxing and their cost. Can you help me if you have any idea about it please mail me at ankitchindalia@gmail.com
