Whose Talking
Have you heard of "VIPcards"?
Has anyone heard of "VIPcards"? They are marketing folks who sell their cards to folks for $20 in return for discounts from participating vendors.
Salesman came by and wanted to see if we were interested in signing up at no cost. I've never heard of the folks but didn't want to pass out on good opportunity if IT was a good opportunity.
Has anyone heard about this folks or know that at all?
Is it worth the time to fool around or will it be one of thoese like "5 customers an year" ineffective marketing ploy that you get sucked into and waste time on?

For me, they wanted me to offer 2 free carwashes and heavily disc. coupons on a Sheet that they sold door to door, they sold these for $20 and go to keep all of it but all the printing was included so All I was putting up was the freebies and coupons. I pondered doing it but don't trust having people I dont know walking around with 500 freebies in a pouch selling door to door. My wife Bought one for a local pizza place in town for $20 got a couple free pizzas and free appies...went to use it and the place went of business.
Just make sure each card has a serial number on it so you can track how many are being sold and you also get a name and phone number of the person who bought the card along with the number that got sold. So you have it for you records.. Thats the only way I would do it.
