forgot to add one more suggestion... how about a featured car wash of the month, where a wash is profiled each month, and the operator posts pics and info about their operation, and the members can talk about it and maybe critique it a little.

Hey now that is a good idea - how will we pick the washes? That would be very easy to setup.

Talk car wash has changed your nearest competitors site (Auto Care Forum). With each of you improving the quality of comunications between operators, it is becoming a win win situation for all concerned.
