Mark VII Top Brush Problem

Hello,

I have a MarkVII in-bay Carwash. During the Weekend, when problems always happen, I noticed that my top brush does not go up or down and also does not spin. I opened up the drivers side panel and took a look if the chain to see if it fell off the sproket and it hasn't. It has done it in the past. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
