Does anyone else have the problem of failing VFDs? Our wash is in a cold climate, with temps in the negatives. We replaced 3 drives approximately 2 years ago, and now we're having problems again. It seems to happen when our Gattling Guns freeze up.

Not familiar with your setup, but it sounds like an overload issue. Is there any way to unload excessive pressure off the high side of the pump?
