Water Wizard 2.0 gantry hangs after 1 pass

I have a 3 year old Water Wizard 2.0. I have changed the bearings on both sides; however, the gantry is jumping on the track and hanging after one pass. Does anyone have a suggestion regarding what the problem might be? Possibly the wheels or the track?
Thank you so much for any help you might provide. I need to get back up and running as soon as possible and don't have anyone to ask about this other than you guys.

I would check the both tracks for low spots. I would also check both motor/gearboxes that drive the unit.

Thanks so much for your reply. The gearboxes are both working. I'll check for low spots.

Other random "guesses":

Check drive wheels for excessive wear on one side.

Lovejoy couplings on drive wheel not slipping.

I guess you should try to determine if the overhead boom is binding, too.

BTW, These are all just shots in the dark. The only time I've had to deal with this is was a bearing failure.
