Well, I guess sides and boom valves must both be open. Same ones open during high pressure.

Thanks GregPack. This wizard was installed in 2005 so believe first gen.. To refresh. Spot free travels large blue hose, thru check valve,to 2 454 Demas.
The 458 opens rocker panel and high press soap and rinse, yes no ?

Also can you give me some thought about exit door intermittenly not opening. Al eyes are clean. Thanks Bob

Bob, I don't know the internal working of the cabinet off the top of my head. I hope I'm not jinxing myself but I must say that stuff is pretty reliable and I have to work on it so infrequently that I have to reacquaint myself it every time I have a problem. Most wizard problems operators work through are electrical in nature. I do know you separate valves for the boom, sides, and the rocker panel. IIRC the SFR has one on the pump in the equipment room. I think I do have a diagram on the 2.0, I'll take a look. What problems are you specifically working through?

I'm in Alabama so I have ZERO experience with the doors, although I am considering installing doors at one site to help with the windy conditions. I do know you do have some door settings in the menu on the red lion HMI.

2005 is the year they went from 1stgen to 2.0. You would know the 2.0, if it has the standard graphic package it has a giant 2.0 on the graphic. On the pump stand the presoak pumps on the 2.0 are made by cat.
