Wheel Well to start the Auto

I have an A ok dyno wash. With this machine the customer
needs to put there left front tire in a wheel well to activate the wash. Many of my customers especially the older ones find this tricky and I end up
sending out more refunds bc of this.

My question is there anything I can do to convert over to a less tricky mechanism to start the wash. I am sure there are many people thant don't
use my wash bc they find it tricky.

Could you post a pic of what your customers have to pull on to? I would think with a gantry unit it would have big rails to guide the customer in th bay making it pretty hard for them to screw up.
