The stacker plug that is mentioned to plug in when Hameltons stacker is removed, is that a 9 way plug with two purple wires in it?

The problem is this Mars and Etowah white box converter, excepts the bill and credits the amount and then shuts down.
The controller saying it has a stacker problem. (quarters work fine)

That's the problem you'll have if you don't plug in the jumper. I rather doubt it's wired wrong, but the jumper wire could be broken.

Here are some pictures of the Stacker Bypass plug. Check the wiring on the harness for any loose or missing wires.

The Stacker Bypass plug jumpers the Brown wire and the White wire with a Black tracer.
