Having problems with the wash only doing front half of cars. Changed sensors... Still only washing the front half of cars. Then yesterday it worked for half the day properly then out of nowhere started again to only wash front half of vehicles. Any sugestions as to what could be causing this.

Thanks

You don't have local support?

What type of controller do you have? If available, try using autopulse. Could be a pulse switch issue. Did you recently shorten your chain?

It sounds like every vehicle is being sent at minimum car length.

So it's either pulse switch or photoeyes. We have had trouble with photoeyes in the past. Sometimes the photoeyes are fine and the problem is in the junction block where they are plugged in to (excessive corrosion).

On my typhoon we had the same problem, the unit would stop and restart halfway through the wash cycle. Replaced the eyes and everything, it was totally random too. Ended up being the coax cable that powered the eyes got bent in the gore tube of hoses and wires. the back and fourth motion crimped the cable and depending on the size of the vehicle is on how random the intermit wash cycle would go. good luck
