Lube and Wash
How important is your car wash to your lube? Would your lube be profitable if it were stand-alone?

I have a lube and a wash. Lubes been there for 8 going on 9 years and wash 4 years. Are lube is on the main street and the wash is around the corner on a side street. Ever since we opened the car wash the lube bussiness has grown a min. of 33% each month. Open 7 days a week are car count on saturdays are now up to 170 cars in the Lube alone. 120 on Sundays and weekdays 80 cars is slow. So yes its been great for us. Give a FREE basic wash away with oil change. Are wash is Full service. But would I put the two together, not sure. It may help but on rainy days you may look closed. So be careful. Are lube will be in the magazine Oil and Lube for th April edition. I think thats the magazine name. I'll double check. Its KWIK KAR
