Looking for some connections

I am thinking about investing in a truck and car lube center. The problem is that the revenue has decreased due to bad service according to past customers.I live in a small town and have loads of experience, so I beleive I can get many of the dissatified customers back, did I mention that I have connections at almost every company here in town. I know I can get customers back.What I need is filter vendors and oil vendors general prices, the techs base pay and if bonuses are in order what is the norm. If you feel any other info might help, I will greatly appreciate any and all information..
