Join AOCA. This is the first and best step. Then set your employees up with the AOCA online Training program. It is interactive and easy and they can do it at work or at home. They love using the computer and can get a well rounded lube tech education on everything from customer service to proper call & resonse technique. They even get a diploma to put on the wall.
