wrap arounds and nissan armada

has anyone had any issues with the wrap around brushes opening the doors on the new nissan armada. i had a service call today and the customer told me that he had it happen. the new design for the rear door handles makes it possible for it to happen if you look at it. might have to retract brushes or ask customers to lock the doors when going through

We had the same problem only it was with nissan quest minivans. We now have customers with the door handles in question lock their doors. Not a single incident since. Hope this helps. Jeremy

Bullshooter works for Sonny's and I think jjp also uses Sonny's.

We use GEM equipment, but most of our equipment can be interchanged with sonny's. We also now have AVW wraps in place of our high truck and van washers. These were the cause of the doors opening for us. No problems with the AVW wraps opening any doors on the newer vehicles. Is this the only time you have heard of this? Do you have video that you can go back to look if this actually happened? That might give you a better idea of what you can do to fix it. Just my 2 cents. Jeremy
