Way to get new singns for free...!

So this morning about 11:30 an 83 year old woman proceeded to put her vehicle into drive at the end of the tunnel, and instead of "PUNCHING" the break... she hit the gas! Police say she had to be going between 25-30 MPH before she struck my monument sign on my front lawn... The customer was fine no injury! We were all happy about that, but my sign is ruined, the huge pole going through the middle of it was bent and the whole structure will need to be torn down. I got a quote for everything and its going to be a nice 20-25k for the project, her insurance already responded and said they will take care of everything.

I am very thankful that an attendant was not near the front of the vehicle! Someone could have been hurt very badly, and I will be having a safety meeting tomorrow morning about where NOT to stand when guiding vehicles on the track and at the exit end as well!

Here is a picture I took with my junky camera phone, I will have some more up tomorrow once I have them developed... the one say I don't have my digital camera this happens... had to run to the quickie mart and buy a disposable.

Could have been much worse...thank God no one was hurt.
