I actually got on here to post this article as well. I just read it myself.
I just saw a simialr one on MSN those articles are annoying!
I've read far worse. And say what you will, with acouple of exceptions, everything he said was correct.
The only serious objection I had was his threadbare argument that touchless washing was best because there was no chance of vehicle damage. Had he investigated the chemical side of touchless washing a bit more he would have discovered that most are using very aggressice chemicals that can wreak havoc on vehicle finishes, wheels, glass, and any exposed metals (like inside power mirror housings)
Other than that, there was not much that was objectionable or innaccurate.
I've read the article several times and would be happy to debate the other items you all found objectionable.
