Soapy back end!
We are noticing on a few cars mostly 01-06 Tahoes and Yukons that we are leaving a lil soap on the rear of the car. Its coming out from under the back hatch. Its not real bad, its just enough to leave some spots. If anyone has any suggestions please let us know! Thanks!

Are you using any low pH body soap. Low pH products rinse better.
Stuart
We had a similar problem, so we added another rinse arch before our final rinse. To make it easy on ourselves we used reclaimed water for the rinse. We angled the nozzles at about a 45 degree angle pointing toward the fron of the vehicle so as it passes it rinses that same area. We also added 4 nozzles to our fresh rinse and angle them the same way. This has taken care of our problem. Hope this helps. Jeremy
If you have mirror spinners adjust them to assist in rinsing this area. We have be able to accomplish with very good results.
Tom & Ryan have both been to our site and probably could tell about our process.
You have a great looking wash - Congratulations!
Check the concentrations of your foaming products. I was over applying a low ph detergent and had similar issues.
Get rid of high foaming detergents on the line. They will give you too much foam at concentrations that don't give you any cleaning power. Just enough foam to keep the customers happy. They expect a ton of bubbles and a spot free car, not easy to do.
How are you applying your soaps? K-nozzle or foam sticks? I switched to K-nozzle sticks and have no problems!
