Express

Do you charge more to clean the door sills or do you provide rags in the vac area? or do you just not address it?

That's a DIY activity. If you're an express, you're not opening customers doors to do anything. An activity such as that would be performed after the car wash itself, say in an after care bay where interior cleaning/detailing might be performed.

If you want to provide a value to the customers you can offer complimentary towels for the customers to use themselves. I do this at one of my SS/IBAs and it's very popular. I do state through signage that they're for drying only, no waxing, etc.
