best chemical for cleaning floors

got a conveyor wash needing to clean the floors any sugestions on what chemial works best

What's on the floor that needs to be cleaned off?

its just a bunch crap oil chemical dirt grime. etc i was thinking kleen wall but i have never used it i normally use muractic acid

we have a 150ft prepgun line that we hook up to our cat pump and just powerwash with prepsoap....looks great after with little chem and effort
