Have a Wanner H25. We are about to put in a new diaphragm and valve rebuild kit as one of the valves have gone bad. Anyone on this forum had experience with rebuilding - thanks

It is important to purchase from Wanner a valve removal tool. With it we do not remove the pump from the motor, but are able to repair it in place. Wanner will send you if you do not have tips on repair.
One note, you can take out too many bolts, and then you really have a problem!

Good luck..well not luck, but work carefully and cautiously.

You can replace the valves with the pump in place. If you are planning to change the diaphragm, you will have to stand the pump upright, usually on the pully. After the new diaphragms are installed make sure you bleed the air out of the plungers. It is also a good idea to change the oil.
