Hey is anyone out there? I was wondering what this is? Every line going from boiler to infloor heat has one. Is it a check valve, some type solenoid, or a flow thru? I owned wash four years and everyday I come across an unknown. I have learned by experience if it ain't broke don't fix it, I have noticed some lines in the floor ice up slightly like there is something causing lack of flow or some minor issue. I have the diagram of the floor heat thank god for small favors but before touching these what are they and what do they do?

Supply manifold. You might want to consider upgrading.
