college student needs help

I am writing a business plan for class. I have checked out many websites and have done lots of research. I was looking into xstream wash systems. They seem to have good prices but no advice on where to get my supplies. Has anyone heard of them? Can anyone give me any advice on how to estimate the cost's of supplies. I was looking at a three self service bay's with one automatic bay. I picked this topic b/c I thought it would be easy. I was wrong. I have a lot more respect for the people running this business. It is way more complex than I ever imagined. I also have to do a short interview w/ someone who is in this business it's only about six quick questions if anyone is interested. Thank you

The magazine "Professional Carwash & Detailing" does annual surveys of self serve & IBA owners that may be helpful if you can locate it or perhaps another forum reader may have it in a form they can send you. I have disposed of the one I have.

Supplies? Most operators buy chemicals from local distributors because of support. Other supplies and repair items are often purchased mail order by a company such as Kleen Rite Corporation.

Cost of chemicals per car are backed into. You'll need a graduated cylinder. You can do soap with a titration kit, but your wax will have to be measured.
