we replaced a regulator. still too much air. can't get liquid to flow thru. what to do?

I assume you are working with a foam brush system. Shut the air valve off. Set the liquid where you think it should be then very slowly turn the air valve on until you get the right mixture at the end (foam).

Stick to your original thread so you don't get confused or confuse others with incomplete information. Right now you're getting advice about the foam brush system when it's obvious after reading BOTH your threads that the issue is only with your compressor.

Regulator may be in backwards Look for arrow on regulator for flow direction.
