Cost To Build A SS

I currently operate a full service tunnel with some extra land. I am looking to add a profit center and was considering 3 SS bays with one oversized bay to wash trucks and boats. I have no idea what it would cost to construct and equip this. Are there any sources I can go to to get more information? Does anyone on this forum have any of the answers?

the more bays the cheaper. Aircompressor, chemical mixing stations, etc are all fixed cost. it depends on what functions and bells and whistles you want.

If you want to do this, I would seriously look at a self serve that is or has gone out of business and buy used equipment as there is plenty out there and you can save a ton of money of it has not frozen the pumps. most pumping stations last a long time.
