Every time a customer uses the foam brush in one of the bays the others start leaking.
im guessing that it is the check valve but wondering why they are all leaking. Can someone help???

Sounds like your solinoids are leaking. What make is your foam brush system?

If your foam brush has a liquid weep, you could have a bad check valve that's letting foam brush liquid through to all the bays. Otherwise it's probably debris in the solenoids.

I had a similar problem with my pre-soak.
Did no happen with the rest of the bays but it did with a couple.
My system is not under pressure until someone wants presoak - in other words
there is no pressure to the air pump in the pump room until someone selects presoak. Once someone wants presoak then the manifold has pressure. My problem was that the dema solenoid plungers in the valve we stuck open. I just had to take the solenoid apart and "unstick" the plunger. However, it could also be check valves. Is your detergent filtered before it enters the manifold ? If not then debris will be in line and will get stuck in the checks. Make sure your product is clean (filtered) before it enters your lines out to the bays.

I had the same problem with my foam brush. It was one of the check valves on my weep system. If you have shut offs on each weep for your foam brush, shut them off and see if it stops.
