Do you have a way for them to dump food waste without it becoming a smell problem? You wouldn't want them to dump it in self-serve pits or it will rot and stink.

I've run off a lot of roach coach vans in my time for cleaning food debris out of their trucks. They always leave a greasy mess, and the regular customers complain about the odor problems.

I would be concerned about charging someone to dump anything. Unless someone is there to control it, you might end up with a lot more dumping than you're getting paid for.

I dont think that is a good idea. I dont suggest anyone allowing or charging some random person to dump anything onto your property. I can list many reasons not to. so If your asking how much I would charge prob $3000-$5000, and that should keep them away.

Osha inspectors would have a fit. and If someone had blood for any reason you could find yourself in a mess fast. thats just to name a few.

Might also check with local and federal laws before allowing something like that.
