backflow from pump?

One of my SS bays is causing my soap tank to overflow. I was able to determine whick bay and I have replaced the check valves yet it still happens. The only thing I haven't done is rebuild the pump. Is it possible for a weak component inside the pump to cause this?

What check valves are you referring to- Pump check valves, or a check valve under the hot water tank?Could your rinse solenoid be stuck on, or possibly miswired?

There's no way for the pump to cause the tank to overflow.

It's definitely the tank from which your bays draw the soap for high pressure that's overflowing? Somewhere between the bay that you know there's a problem and the tank there is probably a check valve. Older D/H equipment doesn't have a check valve on that line - they reverse the solenoid to keep the rinse supply out of the tanks.
