Hand Held Dryers for SS bays
Hello Everyone,
I have plans to buy some of those hand held dryers for my self-serve bays. There are a couple brands I have been looking at. Blasto-dry and Air Shamee.
Does anyone have these in their bays? Do they work aswell as they say? Did it increase your revenue? Have you had any problems with them, since you have installed them(i.e. broking down, crap parts, theift, etc.)?
Any reponse would be help 'cause I dont want to throw away 4k and get nothing in return.
Thanks
Ryan

I added Blasto Dry units to all of my bays. They seem to work well and I have had no problems. The units look really nice in the bay. The Blasto Dry people were very helpful and met expectations. I have not seen a noticeable increase in revenue.
by all means, go with blast o dry. great product and very easy to work with.
Air Shamee did not make the cut in my book. I opened a new location with the dryers so I can not comment on revenue increase.
1. It sets me apart from all car washes in town.
2. Motercycles love it and tell there friends
3.detailers love it.
4. I use it on two black cars. awesome,
5.No streaked windows,
1.5 years and one part failed. One fuse. that is it. great product. no chemicals to use to sell the time. what a no brainer.
Blasto-dry all the way, had a counter on my demo unit that i send my customers to try and it payed for it self in about 1 year
we installed theese , the prototype werent the best , they have solved the minor issues , really loved buy motorcycle riders., and it dose keep them in the bay for a little extra time . +1-2 minutes .
we have also went whith credit card machines in the bays . BIG MONEY THERE
