Weep Recycle

Would anyone have any drawings or pics on how to set up a weep recycle system
I spent about $6000 last winter on weeping water so i think it would be a good investment and would like to do it before the cold comes again.
Thank You for any info you can provide

Let me disclose I do not have a weep recycling system, but mechanically it should be pretty simple to design.

You're going to have to install drains positioned over your wand holders and plumb them to return back via gravity to the equipment room to some sort of sump. Then, pressurize this return water and inject back into your weep manifold. A small bladder tank/pump combo should be able to handle the low flow needed. I would install fine mesh screen bowls in the supply to prevent problems with wand tips clogging.

Anyone else have a simpler way?

Have you considered an antifreeze purge instead? Programmable relays or PLCs are cheap, and it's fairly simple to set up a program that will purge the lines with a freeze protection solution instead of weeping water.

why not draw from the main seperator tank, filter, and use as weep water? Chemical purge will be expensive this winter. Expect a sudden rise in methanol this Fall as well as significant increases in chemical products/freight.

I am working on an air purge design. I started with using my reclaim for weep but Im thinking I can air purge it instead. Im still doing math on running reclaim pump or air compressor energy consumption. If you send me your set up I can draw you out the solution for your reclaim weep.
