vacuum prices

Just curious where the majority is in there vacuum prices. I am at 75 cents but want to raise to a dollar. My guess is a dollar is probably now the average.

We are a dollar for a 3 min. start-up.

dollar for 4 minutes and the free vac token with everywash runs it's for 8 minutes. I have signs on the vacuums double the time with a carwash! hugh hit

We've been $1 for 4 minutes since opening. All the competition was and still is 75¢ for 3 minutes - I feel the perceived value for that extra minute works well for us. I think customers don't like having to stop and add more coins more often just to save a quarter, and they don't "do the math" for the time per coin.

thanks for the responses. i can't see losing any customers by raising prices a quarter.
