Wash'n Joes (5/2 Free Vacs)
This wash + eatery is located in Destin Florida (between Panama City, Fl. and Pensacola, Fl). It has free vacs in the rear with 3 iba's and 5 SS bays. Originally Wash'n Joes had a coffee shop but its now a hot dog eatery, which they sublease. The lot is paved with brink pavers. Its very visable from the road and the whole look is very energetic.

Why give up a money maker like coin operated vacs? Has this location always been free vacs? Whats the competition like around him?
Several IBA, one next door at a gas station, a couple of ss, two fs conveyors. It's the closet facility to Destin Commons (outlet center) with a Hard Rock and Bass Pro Shop. Narrow, resort market...one major E/W highway.
Always appears busy but I hear large! investment.
