It was interesting that the foam wraps stopped and changed direction after the front of the car! I wonder if this would improve cleaning and decrease damage.

The dryer was interesting the car looked bone dry

I would hope so,it looks like the conveyor is set to 5 cars per-hour.

I feel the same way nice looking stuff but the conveyor was moving so slow music was horrible for carwash video but good looking wash process.

That is a painful speed. I cannot imagine the line that could form behind that thing.

JimJ. wraps? I think it would clean better(especially mirrors) but damages would be the same or greater. Did you notice once the second set reversed (against the travel) they did not attempt to clean the back? The first set of wraps came on at the front tires and did the sides and back. They rotated with the travel.

I think we get a better clean on the bumpers with two sets of wraps duplicating the attempt. IMHO the sides of vehicles are much easier to clean than the front and back. That's the negative of trying to clean a vehicle moving forward. A good cloth IBA can clean much better than a tunnel (it just takes too long).

You have to remember what kind of vehicles some most of these foreign washes are cleaning verses what we have to wash. If all I had to wash was small sedans, I could clean with one set of wraps. We are dominated by suv's, pickups and crossovers that have a wall of dirt on their rears. They have much fewer pickups and large suv's.

Looks like Autobase. I don't like the top driven rockers though.
