CUTE! Probably a little better received in areas like the Pacific Northwest, Southeast or Southwest where water is always a problem and especially sewer
discahrge.
Here in Northeast Ohio, we're not dealing with any drought and if we have in the past its been at most a 2-6 weeks. I've been trying to educate customers (in-house) about the impact of driveway and charity car washing on the environment for years and how washing with us is the environmentally responsible way to wash their vehicles. I've tried to make them sensitive about what they are putting down their storm sewers an into our rivers and lakes. Results are mixed other than compliments from several customers about our frequent flyers or newsletters.
Being that we've been using reclaim water for 70% of our wash process for nearly 30 years, I can't even begin to calculate the savings. We've always been enevironmentally friendly, only now are people really starting to pay attention, which makes it a strong marketing tool.
Hey why shouldn't the car wash industry jump on the environmental bandwagon? Every other business has.
O Bill put a sock in it....or should I say put it in a sock! :) LOL
(FYI: his reclaim systems use sock filter...if you didn't know)
