While watching the video, I noticed that there was a hose stretched from one end of the tunnel to the other on the Drivers side and very close to the wraps!

I also think these guys have one in Claremont, FL.

Well to answer both of your questions. First of all this company is way ahead of the industry because they are taking the concept of express washes and making it happen in a big way. They are opening 3-4 locations per year. This is not some major franchise with hundreds of employees. They only have to hire 3-4 people compared to 30-40 employees for there locations. They have a machine doing the wash job, which means it will be done the same way everytime, compared to workers who sometimes get lazy.And yes they offer free mat cleaing service, which not only adds a luxury to the customer, but it also provides a faster way to get the customers to clean there car, which means you can have more customers in a shorter time. The main reason though why I say they are ahead of the industry is because in the South here it is all changing from full service to Express. You can really see this in Florida where my business is located. I have machines at the Cleremont location, they just ordered for Dothan, and are ordering for Orlando. And to answer AutoCare's question about our Floor mat Cleaners, we are the only company that offers Floor Mat Cleaners for Express Car Washes.

Mat cleaning isn't out of the ordinary & there are very few exterior washes that still handwash. Building multiple locations really only means they have a good line of credit. They do have a nice wash in dothan, its a great location, very clean etc.

Side note: I have heard jko does have some great mat cleaners per Marcus Kittrell of Birmingham Alabama. He said people stand in line to use them.

I have one for about 11 months and really like it. Customers love it. I let them use it free of charge.

Has anyone thought about charging a $1 for it if you buy the cheap washes but giving it away if you buy the top wash? For an express wash it is all about increasing ticket average. So maybe the more they feel they are getting, the better chance they are to buy a top wash? Any thoughts?
