Sienna Van bumper damage

Check out the damage control center (CCC.com), you'll see lots of us have had problems with rear bumper pull back. I had one, but thank God it was my bro-n-law's new van and the Toyota Dealer warrantied the $600 new bumper. I have know a fellow operator who's bought 3. It's caused by rocker brushes set a little tight against the body panels and the fact you can pull this bumper off by hand. We now give the customer 6, #8 trim screws to put on the edge of the wheel well and secure it. Or we just duct tape it before the wash. I can't wait to see the problems we are going to have when these vehicles age 5 or 10 years.
