Ryko random shutdowns

Our Ryko Monarch II randomly shutdowns during a wash. It happens consistently for a series of washes then the problem clears up. So we assume it's getting some unexpexcted intermittent input signal that causes this. Watching the LEDs doesn't expose the problem. Is there anyway to diagnose this problem using our hand held PRO15 programmer console?

Do you have surveillance video? I had an issue that I couldn't make happen while I was testing, but the machine would shut down almost every day with a different message. I turned a camera to look at the machine and had it figured out immediately when I saw what it was doing.

No we don't have surveillance video in the car wash bay, but as I said, it happens consistently for a series of washes then the problem clears up. So I have watched it fail on numerous occasions. Sometimes it fails on the pre-soak pass, sometimes on the high pressure rinse and other times on the final dryer pass. I found a list of Ryko fault codes on this site and am studying how to use the programming console with the hope of being able to retrieve a meaningful fault code from the system. But the manual I'm reading is from Omron and I'm not sure if Ryko follows the same conventions. For example the Omron manual says pressing the CLR-FUN-MONTR...MONTR keys on the progamming console will displayed stored error codes. Will these be the Ryko error codes or do I need to display some specific address sequences to get the Ryko error codes. I will try the this the next time we get a shutdown but was hoping someone on this site could steer me in the right direction regarding this issue.
