Solenoids stopped working

Had an interesting problem on Thursday. Our spot free rinse and spot free mirror rinse stopped working! I first thought it was the plastic solenoids, but alas this was not the problem. The only other common element was the common wire to the relay box. Well it took some time (I could have strung up the electrician for a joint 2/3 the way down in the raceway) to find the common wire. We had to reland the screw down connection!
I told our electrician that I could see some of the screws glowing in the common block. He told me I had "SOME LOOSE SCREWS". My sons agreed with him, and we tighten up all the screw down terminal blocks. One more thing to add to our regular maintenance program.
