TWO PDQ Laser 4000s: $36000

Details: $36,000 for both (or $19,000 for '96 machine, and $21,000 for '99 machine). The only things on these machines that are more than 5 or 6 years old are the structural parts themselves (i.e., bridge, dryer, rails, covers, etc.) All major components have been upgraded or replaced in recent years. For example, a new HP General pump (@ $4,000+) was installed on the '99 machine only two months before the machine was replaced with a new Laserwash360. A new HP General pump was installed on the '96 machine two years ago. The Procon LP pumps on both machines were also replaced with higher quality, longer-lasting Sta-Rite LP pumps within the last couple of years to improve reliability and chemical coverage in the bays. The motors on both machines were also replaced in the last few years as were the controllers on both machines. The floor treadles have been replaced with virtual treadles and both machines have been upgraded with the LaserMinder and LaserNet systems and latest software programs. All gearboxes and motors have been replaced with new ones as needed. The LaserWind Docking Dryers can be used in the docking mode as designed, set to the stationary drive-thru mode, or mounted inside or outside the bay. Both systems feature the "long" 28' stainless steel rails and are equipped with heat/weep packages. Both machines were in excellent operating condition when replaced with new Laserwash 360s earlier this year.
