Explore this opportunity and apply today! http://tbe.taleo.net/NA4/ats/careers/requisition.jsp?org=ZEP&cws=1&rid=596 Responsibilities: • Develop a territory in the local market by using a small existing client base and cold-calling on new companies. • Expand our product base with new and existing customers through basic technical knowledge of chemical and equipment principles in the vehicle wash industry. • Apply appropriate product solutions through product testing, complete facility analysis and ability to make proper equipment changes and adjustments. • Conduct minor mechanical repair on chemical dispensing equipment. • Create proposals outlining how to increase revenue and profitability allowing for in-person meetings/presentations with clients. • Closing business and following-up to ensure satisfaction and consistent service. • Proactively networking for new customer contacts with intention of building long-lasting business relationships Requirements: • 3+ years of outside vehicle wash or chemical sales experience • Documented success in new account penetration and account management • Intimate knowledge of area clientele • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills • Mechanical aptitude • Proven ability to make sound decisions and recommendations in solution sales environment Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent • Experience. selling to Vehicle Wash sectors • Chemical sales Zep Inc. is an organization that is committed to diversity within its workforce and encourages all interested candidates, including women, minorities, & former military personnel to apply.
