Details: JOB DESCRIPTION This position will be responsible for the achievement of company sales objectives in the car wash equipment industry by maintaining the existing customer base via chemical sales, service business, new equipment sales, and expanding into new accounts in the assigned market. The ideal candidate will have established relationships in the car wash private investor and convenience store segments to maximize sales and earnings potential in this growing market. RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as primary contact, sought after expert and customer advocate both internal and external for assigned and new accounts * Interface with all levels of key personnel and represent Company in a professional manner * Become an expert in the car wash industry and on all Company product and service offerings * Resolve issues and billing questions with service and customer support departments * Perform site analyses, create business cases and presentations, and manage metrics and reporting for key accounts to grow their business * Create and maintain a knowledge base of relevant information on products, the assigned market and the competition for sharing with accounts and the management team REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience * 5+ years in capital equipment sales with a proven track record of success * Established relationships in the convenience store/retail petroleum market a plus * Significant experience cold calling, prospecting and closing sales * Relationship building, marketing perspective, customer service orientation, ability to solve problems and be a solid team player a must * Strong knowledge of business plans, budgeting and developing strategies for market penetration * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Experienced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Salesforce.com a plus) * Exceptional organization and time management skills * Willing to travel extensively in the assigned market and to national trade shows or other special events as required * Ability to negotiate with existing and potential business partners/suppliers * Excellent organizational, analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills * Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal, persuasion and facilitation skills with people of different levels, backgrounds and personality styles * Entrepreneurial attitude, self-confidence, strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams on a project * Ability and desire to work in a highly demanding, team-oriented environment * Understanding of financialreports, including contribution margins, profit and loss statements, budgeting and return on investment calculations contact: nate(dot)gagnon(at)TurnkeyAutomotiveSolutions(dot)com
